SOBRO - It's now known where former 1808 Grille executive chef Jake Strang has landed, as the official announcement was made today that Strang will be running The Westin Nashville's Decker & Dyer and rooftop bar L27. He also brings with him former 1808 executive sous chef Mark Vuchovich, who will be in the same role. [EaterWire]

GERMANTOWN - Following the success of last month's first guest chef pop-up at The Band Box at First Tennessee Park, Strategic Hospitality has decided to make it a recurring event, with six more guest spots planned throughout the season. HENDERSONVILLE - Popular Gallatin pizza joint Prince Street Pizza and Pub is opening a second location, taking over half of the former Piranha's Bar and Grill building.
