Take a First Look at the Menus for Etc., Opening Next Monday

It's a major dining boost for the Green Hills neighborhood

It's been a much longer road than planned, but the wait for chef Deb Paquette's next restaurant is near the end, as Etc. will open its doors in Green Hills next Monday. And to help get you prepped, Eater has the first look at the opening menus.

The lunch and dinner menus, while still undergoing a bit of pre-opening tweaking, are very much classic Deb Paquette, offering an eclectic array of starters, salads, sandwiches and entrees that pack a flavor punch. Dinner options range from confit and fried duck gizzards to Portuguese ravioli ensopado and the 'fowl trio' with cinnamon sesame duck breast, confit chicken and date foie gras brulee. Lunch runs a bit more casual, with a selection of sandwiches not offered at dinner time.

On the beverage side of things, the offerings are kept concise, with a little over 40 different reds, whites and sparkling wines offered by the glass and/or by the bottle. The cocktail list includes six drinks, each with a different spirit. And a few brews on draft along with a handful by the bottle, including some high gravity, round things out.

Lunch service will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. Dinner will be offered 5 to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 5 to 10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, with the bar opening each day at 4 p.m. And expect some news regarding Sunday brunch service in the near future.
