DOWNTOWN - A new three-story Mellow Mushroom with a rooftop patio is coming to Lower Broad, as local franchisee Mark Clark has signed a lease for the 6,210-square-foot building at 423 Broadway. The property most recently housed Full Moon Saloon, which closed earlier this month, with Troubadours Karaoke Bar set to close on August 20. An opening is expected next summer. [Tennessean]
SYLVAN HEIGHTS - Several years in the making, Georgia-based burger joint Farm Burger is finally nearing its Nashville debut, with an announced target opening of early September. Located in the Hill Center Sylvan Heights development, the 3,000-square-foot restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner daily, with hours of 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
