SOBRO -€” The Peach Cobbler Factory continues to expand, with the addition earlier this week of its new Southern Kitchen. Located at 319 Peabody Street in the Peabody Corner Food Court, co-owner Juan Edgerton tells Eater that they are offering a 'wing and three,' with eight different flavors of wings and a variety of sides, along with their cobblers and pies. Current hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday, but a Sunday brunch is in the works for later this fall. [EaterWire]

EAST NASHVILLE -€” It's been just over a year since Madeline, the Cleveland Park laundromat/bar hybrid, abruptly closed its doors. Now new owners are looking to revive the restaurant by putting a whole different spin on it, with Italian eatery Madeline Pizza and Pasta slated to open by the end of September. [Noble/Web]

MIDTOWN -€” Democratic vice presidential candidate Tim Kaine made his way to Nashville last night for a 'high-dollar' campaign fundraiser hosted at longtime Midtown Italian spot Valentino's Ristorante. The minimum price of admission? $10,000 per couple for drinks and dinner. [WKRN News Channel 2]
