Last Thursday, pitmaster Pat Martin and his team fired up the hog pits and officially opened the doors to the newest addition to the Martin's Bar-B-Que family. And it's certainly one hell of a space.
Within the roughly 13,000-square-foot, approximately 500-seat restaurant you'll find a ground-level bar and several bright, open dining rooms that follow the usual Martin's model, just on a larger scale. But head upstairs and guests will find what really makes this location special: a massive backyard beer garden, complete with a stage, multiple bars, a ping pong table and an array of seating options (not to mention four hog pits). Move inside from the garden and there is more indoor seating, along with shuffleboard, dartboards and private dining rooms, altogether making this a place unlike anything else in town.
