Chef Dale Levitski Joins TomKats Hospitality Group

He’s currently working on menu and recipe development for Fin & Pearl

Former Sinema executive chef Dale Levitski is back in the kitchen, but with a different group and in a bit of a different role. Levitski recently confirmed with Eater that he has joined the TomKats Hospitality team, the restaurant group behind successful projects such as The Southern Steak & Oyster and Acme Feed & Seed, and is currently working on Fin & Pearl, the new Gulch restaurant set to open later this year. A representative for TomKats provided a statement from owner Tom Morales regarding the addition of Levitski:

We have assembled a great team of talented chefs that work together at TomKats. We're happy to welcome Chef Dale Levitski to that team. He is collaborating with myself and our Executive Chef Matt Farley on developing menus and recipes for our newest restaurant Fin & Pearl, a sustainable, fish-to-fork restaurant set to open in the Gulch later this year. Dale's experience makes our team stronger and we're excited to have him involved.

So while his focus is currently on getting Fin & Pearl up and running, chances are good that Levitski will be lending a hand on other current and future projects as well.
