The Terminal Cafe Is Now Officially Open; Edgehill Welcomes New Executive Chef

EAST NASHVILLE - After a soft opening last week, today was the official grand opening of The Terminal Cafe, a new travel-inspired coffee shop and eatery in East Nashville serving up breakfast, lunch and Saturday brunch. Open 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, they kicked things off earlier today with a visit from Nashville mayor Megan Barry. [Facebook]

EDGEHILL VILLAGE - Devin Walline has been named as the new executive chef for coffee shop and restaurant Edgehill. Walline, who previously worked as a whole-animal butcher and line cook at The 404 Kitchen and then as a manager at J. Alexander’s, will debut a new fall dinner menu on October 3. [EaterWire]

COOL SPRINGS - The Burger UP location in Cool Springs (which is under separate ownership from the Nashville locations) opened up a new outdoor game area earlier this month, with options including cornhole and three putting holes. [EaterWire]
