UPDATED (10/4/16): After this week’s two soft opening days, a representative for Five Daughters tells Eater that they will soft open again next Thursday and Friday (Oct. 13 and 14) at 7 a.m. both days, with a larger supply of doughnuts available. A grand opening will then be held that Saturday (15th) at 9 a.m., with normal business hours thereafter.

The folks at Five Daughters Bakery are busy putting the finishing touches on their new East Nashville location, as a representative tells Eater that they plan to ‘soft open’ next Monday and Tuesday at 9 a.m. both days, with a grand opening slated for sometime the following week.

Located at 1900 Eastland Avenue Suite 101, this storefront, the bakery’s third to open in less than a year, will serve up all the hits, including a variety of the popular ‘100 Layer’ doughnuts, kouign-amann, paleo doughnuts and more. After the grand opening, hours will be the same as the 12 South location: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday (or until sold out each day).
