East side restaurant Porter House Bistro has closed its doors. First reported earlier today by NOBLE Nashville, the shutter was announced on the restaurant’s Facebook page this morning:
Opened in the summer of 2014, the restaurant found a certain amount of success, but dodged a bullet last summer when a rent increase threatened to force them out. Owner Drew Bryant was ultimately able to renegotiate to stay in the space, but it appears other as-yet-unknown circumstances have forced the permanent closure this time around.
