Hillsboro Village is about to get hit with some of Austin, Texas’s best burgers, as an Oct. 23 opening is planned for Hopdoddy Burger Bar.
Located at 1805 21st Ave. South, the Texas-based burger joint brings new life to the former home of Boscos, a space which has been vacant since the restaurant closed a little over three years ago.
The 5,500-square-foot, 140-seat restaurant and bar will offer a menu of specialty burgers ranging from beef to tuna and lamb, along with queso fries, salads, milkshakes, beer, wine and cocktails. Head here for an idea of what to expect on the Nashville menu.
Hours will be 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
