Nashville now has its first raw cookie dough scoop shop, as No Baked Cookie Dough opened its doors this past weekend in Midtown.
Located at 117 28th Ave. North, the brick and mortar store, which was started as a pop-up back in April by owner Megan Beaven, takes over the space previously home to ‘bacon-centric’ restaurant Bier Fest and Hot Chicks, a short-lived hot chicken spot. The shop serves a variety of eggless cookie dough flavors, including chocolate chip, double chocolate chip, cookies and cream, s’mores and more.
It took less than seven months for Beaven to turn the pop-up into a permanent storefront, and plans are in the works for a second location in her hometown of Louisville.
Store hours are 12 to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 12 to 11 p.m. Friday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
