UPDATED (1/12/18): Nada will have its first day of service this upcoming Monday, Jan. 15. Hours will be 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday, and 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday.

(11/21/17): More tacos, tequila and tamales are coming to Midtown, as Cincinnati-based Mexican restaurant and bar Nada is planning for a January opening.

Currently under construction at 202 21st Ave. South in the Aertson Midtown development, Nada joins high-end market and cafe Caviar & Bananas, the Kimpton Aertson Hotel’s Henley restaurant and upcoming bar Ainsworth Park in the project.

The casual spot serves lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, offering a menu of starters, tacos, small and large plates, along with a full bar and an extensive tequila selection.

Renderings for Nada were released just this week (see below), showing a high-ceilinged space with a variety of seating options. The 6,000-square-foot restaurant will offer seating for 146, including high-tops and booths, a 30-foot main bar and a private dining room.

Boca Restaurant Group opened Nada’s first location in Cincinnati in 2007, with outposts in Columbus and Indianapolis following. Along with Nashville, a fifth restaurant is planned to open in the D.C. suburb of North Bethesda in 2018.
