MIDTOWN - Chicago import Hopsmith Tavern soft opened last week with abbreviated hours, serving dinner and weekend brunch. The multi-level casual restaurant and bar located at 1903 Division St. will continue to expand its hours in the coming weeks, with lunch starting this Friday, Dec. 8, at 11 a.m. [EaterWire]

CAPITOL VIEW - Austin Ray and his A. Ray Hospitality group opened their third M.L. Rose Craft Burgers & Beers location this past Saturday. Situated at 431 11th Ave. N. near the Gulch in the growing Capitol View development, the restaurant can seat up to 222 people and offers its same roster of popular burgers and sides, as well as 36 beers on tap. Hours are 11 a.m. to midnight Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Friday, 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Saturday, and 10 a.m. to midnight on Sunday. [EaterWire]

MIDTOWN - Casual restaurant and bar The Stillery is gearing up to open its second Nashville location next Monday, Dec. 11 in Midtown’s popular nightlife strip.
