It’s been a long time coming, but starting Feb. 25, Fat Bottom Brewing’s new taproom and beer garden in The Nations will officially be open to the public.

Having first announced plans for the move from the east to the west side in June of 2015, the new 33,000-square-foot facility has been a huge undertaking that includes a major expansion of its previous brewing and canning operations and new top-of-the-line quality control/assurance measures.

Also part of the project is The Reserve, a new onsite event venue, along with a small filling station (still in the works) and The Hop Yard, the brewery’s taproom, restaurant and beer garden. The menu offers up a roster of shared plates, salads and sandwiches, including the popular Fat Bottom burger. There are also plenty of classic bar staples such as soft pretzels and beer cheese, wings and a deli reuben.

Planned hours are 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. Monday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. on Friday, with happy hour 4 to 7 p.m. each day; Saturday 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., with brunch served from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. both days.

So take a look at the full menu below, and be sure to check back for updates.
