EAST NASHVILLE - Butcher & Bee kicks off a new guest chef dinner series on Feb. 25, with executive chef Bryan Lee Weaver welcoming Chattanooga’s Erik Niel (Easy Bistro & Bar, Main Street Meats). Other upcoming participating chefs include Ray Garcia of Broken Spanish in Los Angeles, Calif. March 25-26 later this spring; Steven Satterfield of Atlanta’s Miller Union on May 21; Justin Devillier of La Petite Grocery in New Orleans on July 30, and many more.
