EAST NASHVILLE - Butcher & Bee kicks off a new guest chef dinner series on Feb. 25, with executive chef Bryan Lee Weaver welcoming Chattanooga’s Erik Niel (Easy Bistro & Bar, Main Street Meats). Other upcoming participating chefs include Ray Garcia of Broken Spanish in Los Angeles, Calif. March 25-26 later this spring; Steven Satterfield of Atlanta’s Miller Union on May 21; Justin Devillier of La Petite Grocery in New Orleans on July 30, and many more. NORTH GULCH - Those looking to get a taste of what James Beard award-winning chef RJ Cooper might be serving up at his recently announced restaurant, Henley, will get their first chance on Feb. 25, as Cooper is teaming up with Maneet Chauhan for her ‘Perfect Pairs’ chef series.
