Feast Your Eyes on Tànsuŏ, Maneet Chauhan’s Massive New Chinese Restaurant

It opens next Monday

Another one of the year’s most anticipated restaurants is almost at the finish line, as celebrity chef Maneet Chauhan’s Tànsuŏ opens its doors to the public on Monday.

Situated in the North Gulch between Chauhan Ale & Masala House and her currently under construction third project, The Mockingbird, the contemporary Chinese restaurant is located in a large portion of what previously housed nightclubs Anthem and Mai. And Chauhan and designer London Parfitt are making the most of the cavernous, high-ceilinged space.

Featuring two levels and able to accommodate up to 220 guests, seating options range from two and four-top tables to a variety of banquettes, with separate bars lining the back wall on both floors. Also included are several private dining areas, like the Tànsuŏ Room on the lower level with seating for eight, and the Tànsuŏ Mezzanine upstairs with seating for up to 60.
