With this move also comes word that Prima opening executive chef Sal Avila recently resigned from his post, but that he plans to stay on during a brief transition period. And what to expect from Prima 2.0? Few details are given, but the release does promise ‘a more refined New American menu[,]’ with Little stating that he is “excited about the opportunity to create an entirely new dining experience at Prima[.]”
