Popular neighborhood bar M.L. Rose Craft Beer & Burgers is expanding to a third location, with plans to open by this fall in the massive Capitol View mixed-use project at the edge of downtown Nashville.

The 4,750-square-foot restaurant and bar will be located at the southwest corner of 11th Avenue and Nelson Merry Street in the ground floor of a newly built office building currently home to HCA’s Parallon and Sarah Cannon Research Institute.

Expect the same menu and hours as the other locations, including 34 brews on tap, signature burgers, salads, wings and more. Also included is the promise of plenty of free parking, a rarity downtown these days.

The first M.L. Rose (originally named Melrose Pub) was opened by Austin Ray on 8th Avenue South in 2008, with a second location opening on Charlotte Avenue in 2012. Ray and his A. Ray Hospitality group also own and operate The Sutler, Melrose Billiard Parlor and Von Elrod’s Beer Garden & Sausage House, which is planned to open later this spring in Germantown.
