WEST NASHVILLE – Former Sinema executive chef Dale Levitski is back at it, this time overseeing the kitchen at EiO & the Hive, the new healthy fast-casual restaurant slated to open on the west side June 1. MIDTOWN – As modern American brasserie Henley moves toward a June opening, chef RJ Cooper’s team continues to take shape. James Garrido, who previously worked at Sable Kitchen & Bar and as an opening general manager for the Chicago Athletic Association hotel property, has come on board as GM. Jon Howard, one of Nashville’s most prominent barmen who has been behind the stick at William Colliers and Old Glory, will serve as head bartender. MIDTOWN - Charleston-based restaurant and retail store Caviar & Bananas, which opens in the Aertson Midtown development next month, recently announced its key opening personnel. Joseph Denomme, formerly the chef de cuisine at Barlines in the Omni Hotel, will serve as executive chef, with Lexi Francisco, previously pastry supervisor at Gaylord Opryland Resort, filling the executive pastry chef role.
