Get ready Nashville: what’s sure to be one of the year’s most anticipated openings is now officially underway, as the veterans behind Treehouse and No. 308, two of the city’s top restaurants and bars, respectively, are joining forces to open Pearl Diver, a new bar concept in East Nashville.

Treehouse owners Corey Ladd and Matt Spicher, along with No. 308 owner Ben Clemons and longtime 308 barman Jamie White, are in the beginning stages of construction on the new project. Described as a “relaxed island lounge,” Pearl Diver will open in a converted mid-century garage located at 1008 Gallatin Avenue and have a focus on tropical food and beverages.

Initial details are few, as Spicher tells Eater that they are still ironing out a number of the key components, so expect more updates and intel in the near future. And to keep track of progress in the meantime, be sure to follow Pearl Diver’s Facebook and Instagram accounts.
