Look Inside Gray & Dudley, Now Open in the 21c Museum Hotel

It’s a big addition to the downtown dining scene

Gray & Dudley, the Levon Wallace-helmed restaurant and bar in the soon-to-open 21c Museum Hotel in downtown Nashville, opened its doors last week after several years of planning. And Eater has the first look at the finished space.

Entering via Banker’s Alley, guests first step into the east dining room, bar and lounge space, featuring double-height ceilings, a custom wood and blackened steel bar and a variety of seating. The west dining room is a more intimate space with a lighter color palate and an open view of the action in the kitchen. For the opening exhibition at Gray & Dudley, artist Beth Cavener Stichter’s ceramic sculptures from her Emotions series are featured throughout.
