Here’s a First Look at the Menus for EiO & the Hive, Opening This Thursday

The fast-casual restaurant offers a little bit of everything

Eater Nashville

The west side is getting its own healthy fast-casual restaurant this week, as EiO & the Hive will open its doors this Thursday. Owner and wellness entrepreneur Jennifer Masley has tapped veteran chef Dale Levitski, formerly of Sinema and Fin & Pearl, to help craft and execute the menu, and Eater has the first look at all the dining options.

Located at 5304 Charlotte Ave., EiO & the Hive will serve as one of the few all-day dining spots in town. The morning menu offers separate breakfast (served until 11 a.m. on weekdays, 3 p.m. on weekends) and brunch (served only on weekends until 3 p.m.) sections, along with a small children’s menu. Items range from a beet colada chia pudding and toasted pecan and hemp seed pancakes to a crab benedict and tabbouleh hoagie. Prices range from $8 to $16, with sides ringing in at $3 to $5.

For lunch and dinner, starters, salads, choose-your-own-adventure broth and grain bowls, along with heartier entrees, sides and desserts fill out the p.m. menu. Pricing runs the gamut from $7 for the ajo blanco starter to $28 for the whole rotisserie chicken.

Beverage options include a variety of juices, blended drinks, coffee and tea, as well as wine and champagne by the glass and bottle, cocktails and beer.

Hours of operation will be 7 a.m. to to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday.
