Yazoo Brewing Looks to Be on the Move as Gulch Property Goes on the Market

But the new “permanent” location has yet to be announced

Eater Nashville

It appears that Nashville’s largest craft brewer will be on the move again soon, as word is out today that Yazoo Brewing Company has outgrown its Gulch facility and is currently looking for a larger space. The property, located at 910 Division St., is now on the market with an asking price clocking in at $9.75 million.

And while the new “permanent” location has not yet been announced, founder and brewmaster Linus Hall tells the Nashville Scene that they are ready for the next step:

“This is exciting news for us and for fans of Yazoo beer[.] Yazoo is preparing for a long-term future with more room to brew, create, experiment and host our friends. The time is right to find a location for us that is a permanent fit for our operations and aspirations.”

Yazoo first opened in 2003 in Marathon Village, amassing a loyal following that allowed it to expand to its current home in 2010.
