After opening its first Tennessee location in Brentwood this past January, fast casual biscuit house Holler & Dash will soon be officially entering the Nashville market proper, as the millennial-targeting Cracker Barrel offshoot is set for a Sept. 19 opening in the Melrose neighborhood.
Located at 2407 8th Ave. S, Suite 105 in the ground floor of the still under construction Eighth South development, the 109-seat restaurant will be the brand’s flagship outlet and will include its first R&D kitchen, according to a release. The space will also offer indoor and outdoor seating, along with an interior featuring contributions from local businesses 5 String Furniture, Oil & Lumber, Grand Palace Silkscreen and Sideshow Sign Co.
As with the other locations, culinary director Brandon Frohne is overseeing the menu, which includes 11 signature biscuits, along with a variety of bowls, sides and hot and cold beverages.
Holler & Dash will be open for breakfast and lunch from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily.
