Look Inside Nashville’s New Fast Food Destination, Hugh-Baby’s BBQ & Burger Shop

The family-friendly restaurant is built for speed

Nashville’s newest homegrown fast food restaurant is now open, as local pitmaster Pat Martin opened Hugh-Baby’s BBQ & Burger Shop this past Tuesday. And Eater has the first look at the new hot spot.

Located at 4816 Charlotte Ave., the 1,700-square-foot restaurant holds close to traditional fast food conventions with a straightforward, streamlined space. The main dining room offers seating for 67, including four-tops and counter stools, with wood and tile used throughout. The covered outdoor patio has seating for 52 with four-tops and larger communal tables, and also includes a small children’s play area.

And for that final fast food touch, a representative for the restaurant tells Eater that the drive-thru should open within the next couple of weeks. So go ahead and take a look around.
