NASHVILLE - Tennessee Brew Works recently added lunch service from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day, expanding its taproom hours to 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays.
