An announcement this morning from Nashville’s Strategic Hospitality shared that essential Nashville restaurant The Catbird Seat’s current powerhouse team of chef Ryan Poli and beverage director Matthew Poli are departing the restaurant at the end of the year. The talented brothers’ final service at The Catbird Seat will be December 29. Make reservations or get on the waitlist now to experience hospitality unlike anywhere else in Nashville in the third iteration of The Catbird Seat for a final time before the end of the year.
The Poli brothers have spent three years in The Catbird Seat space, but true to the restaurant’s ideology as a chef incubator, it’s time for the next phase — what will be the fourth chef’s interpretation of the space. No word just yet on who will fill the Poli brothers’ shoes at The Catbird Seat (but an announcement is expected in the coming weeks), or on what’s next for the Polis, so stay tuned for updates.
