Sarah and Brad Gavigan’s East Nashville concept POP is getting new life starting today, as POP To-Go, a pick-up and delivery window, soft opens tonight.

Located at 604 Gallatin Ave. #202, POP To-Go will offer menus from the Gavigan’s concepts, which currently include Otaku Ramen and Little Octopus. Items will be made available for pick-up through online ordering, or for delivery exclusively with Postmates. A walk-up only first run is set for tonight from 5 to 9 p.m., with Otaku Ramen’s full menu on offer.

Starting this Wednesday, Feb. 21, operating hours will be 5 to 10 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. Friday and Saturday, and 5 to 10 p.m. on Sunday. Those hours will continue to expand as spring draws near, with the plan to offer lunch and dinner seven days a week.

The POP space has for the most part sat dormant since late 2016, when resident restaurant Little Octopus closed up shop in preparation for its move to The Gulch. Expect to see its menu make an appearance in the future.
