MIDTOWN - Charleston-based Indigo Road Hospitality Group’s O-Ku sushi restaurant is still on track for a fall opening in Germantown. But those wanting to get an early taste will have an opportunity this Thursday and Friday, March 8 and 9, as O-Ku managing partner Kimball Brienza and his team will take over fellow Charleston transplant Caviar & Bananas‘ small plates menu. MIDTOWN - Brunch will officially be on the table at Gerard Craft’s Pastaria starting this upcoming Saturday. Announced over the weekend on social media, service will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
