The Martin’s Bar-B-Que empire continues to grow with a new location planned for 2400 Elliston Place. Pitmaster Pat Martin and his whole hog operation have been drawing barbecue purists down to Nolensville since 2006. But it’s his downtown temple to smoked meats, a 13,000-square-foot, 500 seat restaurant, bar and backyard beer garden that opened in SoBro in 2016, that has brought Martin’s Bar-B-Que squarely onto the national stage.
The new restaurant will take over a Logan’s Roadhouse, which will gain a small minority ownership in the location. We are excited to be a small part of this high caliber brand’s growth and look forward to supporting the success of Martin’s Bar-B-Que in this new location in any way,” said Logan’s Roadhouse Chief Executive Officer Hazem Ouf.
The Midtown restaurant marks the sixth Middle Tennessee location and eighth location overall. Look for the new outpost of Martin’s Bar-B-Que to open in late 2018.
