The Nashville outpost of Charleston-based Oak Steakhouse opened last June with executive chef Eric Zizka. Indigo Road Hospitality Group announced today that Bobby Hodge will take over the role of executive chef. Hodge was most recently the executive chef at Florence, South Carolina, restaurant Town Hall. Prior to that role, Hodge worked with chef Jeremiah Bacon at The Macintosh in Charleston, South Carolina. So, Hodge has been with the Indigo Road Hospitality Group for some time.
“Bobby has been a part of our family for several years and we’re excited to announce his new role,” said Steve Palmer, Indigo Road managing partner. “Bobby has been serving technique-driven, farm-fresh food in Florence and is dedicated to creating a similar menu based on Southern dishes with new, exciting ingredients and our signature Certified Angus Beef at Oak Steakhouse in Nashville.”
Oak Steakhouse is located next to the Westin Hotel at 801 Clark Place.
