Esteemed Brooklyn burger pops up for three nights in Nashville

What: One of NYC’s most acclaimed burgers, Emily’s Emmy Burger is available at Emmy Squared this week. The Emmy Burger will be available at Emmy Squared from Monday-Wednesday, with a very limited quantity available, at dinner only. It’s a single-stack Bear Creek Farms dry-aged beef patty with Emmy sauce, caramelized onion, Grafton cheddar, and cornichons on a Tom Cat pretzel bun. The burger, served with fries rings in at $24.

Details: Monday, July 23 - Wednesday, July 25 (dinner only); with only a limited number available each night.

Collaborate chef dinner series launches this week at Sinema

What: “Unrehearsed dinner series” Chef’s Backstage at Sinema launches this week, with a dinner Thursday night featuring Butcher & Bee’s Bryan Lee Weaver. It’ll be a family-style Italian feast inspired by the film Big Night. Each dinner begins with a cocktail reception, followed by a coursed thematic dinner. Future collaborations with Sinema’s Kyle Patterson will include The Farm House and Black Rabbit’s Trey Cioccia in August, and Goo Goo Clusters’s Bethany Halliger in October.

Details: Thursday, July 26; Cocktails begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by a seated dinner at 7:00 p.m.; Tickets, priced at $115 per person, are available for purchase online.

Experience each of M Street’s concepts in one dinner

What: The seven-course dinner held in Kayne Prime’s Somm Room on Thursday evening will feature each of M Street’s restaurants with wine pairings from sommelier Matt Ramos. On the menu, find miso-glazed black cod from Virago, and a koji Wagyu strip loin with confit chanterelles from Kayne Prime.
