Party Fowl’s poultry empire expands to Donelson, opening on Wednesday, August 1. The third location for the brand gives new life to what was formerly Johnson’s Discount Furniture at 2620 Lebanon Pike.

Party Fowl is headed by owner Austin Smith, executive chef Bart Pickens, and operations manager Tiffany Thompson. The restaurant is known for its broad menu featuring unique hot chicken dishes like their hot chicken Cuban sandwich, hot chicken poutine, or brunch-exclusive hot chicken stuffed French toast. They also serve boozy slushies, not to mention an insanely over-the-top Nashville hot bloody mary — complete with two skewered fried Cornish game hens, and simply dubbed on the menu as “brunch for two”.

The new 13,000-square-foot-space has an outdoor dining patio plus a second-story sports bar stocked with arcade games and a large, 250-person private event space. Party Fowl’s corporate offices and a commissary kitchen for both locations join in the opening at the Donelson outpost.

Party Fowl Donelson serves lunch and dinner daily, plus brunch on Sunday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Party Fowl Donelson is open Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
