Neighbors Germantown opens Wednesday, August 1 at 313 Jefferson Street — the second location for the Sylvan Park-based bar.

Located in the former Lulu space near First Tennessee Park, Neighbors Germantown’s appetizer menu shows standard bar fare, from nachos and wings to fried mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, and fried pickles. Other food options include a pulled pork sandwich, an Angus burger, a quinoa bowl, and a Caprese salad. Neighbors smokes their own dry-rubbed meats in-house, including pork, turkey, brisket, and chicken. The Sylvan Park location has 20 beers on tap, live music multiple nights a week, daily happy hour, and a dog-friendly patio. Neighbors is owned by Victoria Piller, wife of former Tennessee Titan Zach Piller.

The Germantown bar will have a similar sports bar feel as the Sylvan Park location, and is open Sunday-Thursday from 11 a.m. until 1 a.m., and on weekends from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.

After just nine months in business, restaurateur Miranda Pontes’ Germantown restaurant Lulu closed in February, among the first of many closures throughout Nashville this year.
