EAST NASHVILLE East Park Donuts & Coffee will have a soft opening starting August 22 in the former Bagel Face bakery location at 700 Main Street. They’ll serve hot donuts and coffee from 6:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. that Wednesday through Sunday.

EAST NASHVILLE Donut Distillery, a food truck specializing in donuts announced plans to open a permanent shop near Five Points at 311 Gallatin Ave in East Nashville. With a December opening in mind, the owners said the space will feature a drive-thru, and possibly beer and wine served alongside the circular treats.

GERMANTOWN — Good time and grub chain The Goat opens August 16 at 1220 2nd Avenue North, Suite 100. Other locations of The Goat feature volleyball, live music, and a broad menu of salads, burgers, wings, pizzas, and more—plus reasonable cocktail prices.

GERMANTOWN NoBaked Cookie Dough, known for their eggless cookie dough that’s safe to snack on raw, will add a second Nashville location in Fresh Hospitality-owned Germantown Market. The team says half of the space will be dedicated to another unnamed dessert spot.

MUSIC ROW — Nashville’s second oldest restaurant, the Pie Wagon recently reopened under new ownership, and they’re once again cranking out a rotating menu of meat-and-three plates, cafeteria-style.
