A fast-casual cafe offering Chinese comfort food will open in Germantown in early December. Steamboys will occupy an 1,850-sqare-foot space at mixed-use development LC Germantown located at 1226 Second Ave N.
Details are few at this point, as the business partners who own Steamboys currently ask to go unnamed, according to the Nashville Post, but one of the anonymous business partners revealed that dumplings, bao, and noodles will be the focus of the menu.
The partner said that Steamboys will operate under a fast-casual format like many Asian fast-casual spots found in the Northeast, and also revealed that the hush-hush team is planning to open multiple Steamboys locations throughout Nashville.
