The McEwen Northside development in Franklin, Tennessee, just got more enticing with an announcement that two super-popular chain restaurants will join the project. Danny Meyer’s hit burger chain Shake Shack and Ford Fry’s Tex-Mex empire Superica will set up in the Cool Springs project.
According to the Nashville Business Journal, the restaurants are included in the McEwen Northside building plans filed on Monday, October 14, with the town of Franklin.
Fans of Shake Shack’s burgers, concretes, and crinkle cut fries know that new openings can create a fervor with lines wrapped around the block.
Nashville already has a Shack Shake in Green Hills with plans for another downtown in another mixed-use development. Superica has a location in the Gulch neighborhood in Nashville.
Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille and Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams will also be part of McEwen Northside when it opens.
