A new three-story steakhouse from some familiar names opens Friday, November 1, in Hillsboro Village. E3 Chophouse — owned by the families of Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, and Adam LaRoche — brings steaks, seafood, and cocktails crafted sous vide-style.

Located at 1628 21st Avenue South, the self-dubbed ranch-to-restaurant serves beef from E3’s own farm in Fort Scott, Kansas and other E3-certified ranches.

The three-story, 13,000 square-foot restaurant at the corner of 21st Avenue and Wedgewood Avenue features ample space for dinner, private dining rooms, and a rooftop bar.

Steaks come from all-natural E3 Angus cattle with no antibiotics, steroids or added hormones. They are hand cut in-house, made to order and served with E3’s inspiration on classic accompaniments. The menu will also feature shareable starters, raw bar options, table-side prepared dishes, and local flavor through a few notable Nashville collaborations. A separate “grazing menu” menu will be offered on the rooftop bar and patio. A wine room holds 200 bottles and more than 40 wines by the glass are on offer.

On the cocktail menu, expect everything from sous vide cocktails to tiki drinks to smoky creations, wellness elixirs, and other signature sips. E3’s eponymous Manhattan is one of the sous vide style cocktails — featuring Woodford Reserve, Carpano Antica, Amaro, Angostura and orange bitters, and orange zest. A smoked old fashioned has a table-side presentation in a smoked wine decanter, and a CBD-infused “parting glass” with Fernet Blanca, Green Chartreuse, Carpano Antica, and Fords Gin.

E3 Chophouse first opened in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, founded in 2013 by brothers Adam, Andy, and Jeff LaRoche as an extension of the family-owned E3 Ranch based in Fort Scott, Kansas.

The E3 Ranch Foundation receives 10% of all E3 net proceeds. The E3 Ranch Foundation was founded in 2017 by Adam and Jennifer LaRoche, who aim to support two important causes: veterans who have spent their lives serving our country and groups fighting against human trafficking.

Starting Friday, November 1, E3 Nashville will be open Sunday throughThursday, 5-10 p.m., and on Friday and Saturday from 5 to 11 p.m. Scroll below to see the full dinner and dessert menu.
