East side pasta purveyor Nicoletto’s Italian Kitchen expands to Hillsboro Village today — opening with fresh pasta, salads, and sandwiches on Belcourt Avenue.
The new carb-centric outpost at 2123 Belcourt opens at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 15. The Nicoletto brothers’ pasta company specializes in bronze cut, fresh and dried pasta and the Italian kitchen serves build-your-own-style pasta bowls and more.
Open on Gallatin Pike since early 2016, the original Nicoletto’s is owned and operated by brothers Danny and Ryan Nicoletto. The roughly 700-square-foot East Nashville space beside Mickey’s Tavern serves as a full service retail spot for their dried and fresh pastas, plus a 16-seat fast-casual restaurant serving a simple menu of pastas, meatballs, and salad. Nicoletto’s also serves a late night menu (until midnight) on weekends — with meatball subs, Italian beef, green chili mac and cheese, and more on offer.
