In anticipation of the Graduate Nashville’s opening later this year, the hotel reveals that hospitality duo Marc Rose and Med Abrous’ first food and beverage spot to open will be an animatronic karaoke bar called Cross-Eyed Critters Watering Hole.

Offering up a fun, over-the-top spin on a classic karaoke bar, expect black velvet paintings of iconic country western stars set against black walls with cold beer on tap, hot popcorn, and a taco trailer parked on the patio outside, to fuel late nights.

Also opening in December: Poindexter, Graduate’s signature lobby-level all-day café. The menu features breakfast sandwiches on brioche buns, salads, sandwiches and snacks as well as caffeinated beverages and natural wines.

In early 2020, the two will also be opening a prominently pink rooftop restaurant and bar, Miss Bessie’s, and Demi Natoli (of Lost Lake and The Patterson House) who will be the rooftop’s bar director.

Rose and Abrous are the duo behind The Spare Room at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, Genghis Cohen, Winsome, Mountaineering Club at the Graduate Seattle, and more.
