312 Pizza Company closed its South Nashville outpost last week after just nine months, according to posts on the restaurant’s social media sites.
The location at 2190 Nolensville Pike was the second for the Chicago-style deep dish pizza restaurant named after Chicago’s area code. South Nashville’s 312 Pizza Company was larger than first — clocking in at nearly 4,000-square-feet, with more seating, a stage for live music, an outdoor patio, and more televisions.
Beyond specializing in Chicago-style deep dish pizza, they also served thin crust and specialty pies. It offers a roster of sandwiches, Chicago-style hot dogs and a variety of craft brews.
The original Germantown location opened in 2014, while the Southern outpost just opened in July of last year. The original Germantown 312 Pizza Company’s doors remain open.
