Printers Alley Welcomes a Walk-up Window Serving Footlong Fries

Dream Nashville’s newest dining option Easy 8 is now open in Printers Alley. Easy 8 offers a rotating menu of eight sandwiches and other foods not requiring a fork to late-night diners from the Printers Alley facing walk-up window.

The window in the revived downtown alley is open just Thursday through Saturday starting at 4 p.m., and feeds late-night passersby sandwiches, hotdogs, and footlong fries until 2:30 a.m.

A few of the sandwich selections offered include a veggie banh mi with grilled soy-sesame portobellos and a turkey reuben on marbled rye. Find a fried mortadella with horseradish, and an easy cheesy with two griddled beef patties as other current offerings.

A Kobe beef Nashville hotdog topped with chow-chow, and a hangover wrap, plus daily soup round out the current menu, alongdside footlong fries, doused with Kewpie mayo and Sriracha.
