Redheaded Stranger — the new Southwestern taco joint from Bryan Lee Weaver and Michael Shemtov of Butcher & Bee — opens today (Monday, July 8) at 10 a.m.
They’ll be slinging breakfast and lunch tacos served on fresh made flour tortillas today until 3 p.m., so head to the new spot at 305 Arrington Street for a first taste.
Besides a selection of tacos, menu highlights include a notable queso — one that can be dressed up with chorizo, chopped brisket, pork green chile, avocado, or pico. The queso comes served with a stack of fresh made flour tortillas for dipping — and gluten-free tortillas are even available.
There’s a green chile cheeseburger served on a Martin’s potato roll, and a burrito stuffed with chorizo, hash browns, and scrambled eggs.
Hours are just ramping up this week — so follow along on the restaurant’s Instagram to see when to grab that fresh breakfast (or lunch) taco each day.
