The Food Hall Co. announced today in a press release the official name of the highly anticipated food hall coming to Fifth + Broad in downtown Nashville — Assembly Food Hall.
Named for Southern tradition and culture with the aim to be a gathering place for families, downtown dwellers, tourists, and convention visitors to dine in the city’s booming center, the food hall is expected to open in fall of 2020.
On tap for Assembly Food Hall thus far: more than 20 food stalls, a brewery, bar, and live music venue, including three newly announced restaurant partners also named in the release. Nashville’s Neapolitan pie-makers DeSano Pizzeria, Donelson’s Zulema’s Taqueria, and sweet tooth favorite NoBaked Cookie Dough will all set up shop at Assembly Food Hall. They join previously announced tenants Prince’s Hot Chicken, The Pharmacy Burger, The Donut + Dog, Edley’s, Hattie Jane’s Creamery, plus unnamed ramen and sushi spots from Seed Hospitality.
