Jasper’s Restaurant and the Market at Jasper’s are opening on Monday, October 26 at 11 a.m.

Jasper’s is the newest restaurant from Nashville veteran chef Deb Paquette and Doug Hogrefe’s 4Top Hospitality. The new casual American restaurant and market replaces 4Top’s former seafood concept, Saltine. Located at 1918 West End Avenue, Jasper’s will be Paquette’s third Nashville restaurant in partnership with with 4Top, and it’s a much more casual spot. Paquette has served up fine dining meals at downtown’s Etch since 2012 and Green Hills’ etc. since 2016.

Named in memory of Deb’s beloved, playful Jack Russell Terrier, Paquette promises Jasper’s namesake restaurant will convey a similar fun and playful attitude. The menu at Jasper’s will offer a wide range of items including creative takes on classics like flatbreads, burgers, salads, wings, plus lamb barbacoa “neatchos”. Tempura caulipoppers are a play on Paquette’s signature roasted cauliflower from Etch.

Wagyu beef franks come served with choice of waffle or wedge fries (or salad), and a picnic burger is topped with gouda and baked bean ketchup. Entrees include a roasted chicken, corn-crusted catfish, salmon with red curry sauce, and steak with deviled egg butter and a cripsy potato cake. Pastry chef Megan Williams’ desserts offers lemon curd cheesecake, ice cream sandwich, and an ever-changing selection of cookies and confections.
