A new soft serve ice cream spot named Sweet & Three opened inside TailGate Brewery’s headquarters on Charlotte over the weekend, according to Facebook posts from owner Wesley Keegan.
Located just inside the entrance of the West side brewery at 7300 Charlotte Pike, Sweet and Three offers chocolate, vanilla, or swirl soft serve, offered up with an array of toppings in cup, waffle cone, or shake form. A menu of pre-designed soft serve stackers come in flavors like peanut butter cup, cookies and cream, and cookie dough — but ice cream lovers are welcome to build their own creations. Dipped cones and boozy shakes are on offer too. In the post, Keegan said Sweet and Three’s soft serves are the highest butterfat available, and the name is, of course, a nod to the Nashville staple, the meat-and-three.
For canine guests, pup cups are also available — vanilla soft serve with peanut butter and bacon.
For now, Sweet and Three is open Monday through Thursday, 3 to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from noon to 11 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 9 p.m. But, as always, hours are subject to change, so check Sweet and Three’s social media or give them a call to double check before heading in for a sweet stacked soft serve treat.
