Roberta’s, one of America’s most well-known wood-fired pizzerias, has hit the road for a two month pop-up right here in Nashville at Urban Cowboy.

Roberta’s Pop Up at The Public House, Urban Cowboy Nashville will officially launch on November 19, and will remain through January of 2021.

The Brooklyn-based favorite will sell a small menu of their signature wood-fired pies, pasta, and salads at the property’s Public House Bar, which is housed within the property’s standalone Stable House. The Public House will serve cocktails as usual, and is operating at a limited capacity to promote social distancing — with table service only on a first come, first served basis. Cocktails and pizzas will also be available for delivery. See the full menu for the pop-up below.

“Urban Cowboy has a close kinship with Roberta’s. They approach hospitality in the same way we do, without any frills, unapologetically passionate and heartfelt. Following the success of Roberta’s pop up at Urban Cowboy Lodge in The Catskills, we knew we wanted to bring the experience to Nashville. At a time when many people are not traveling, it’s exciting to have the opportunity to bring my favorite pizza in the world to East Nashville,” said Lyon Porter, founder of Urban Cowboy.

Roberta’s at The Public House will be open from 4 p.m. until 11 p.m., Wednesdays through Sundays.
