M.L.Rose is debuting its December “burger of the month” at all three locations, and this time it’s not a burger at all. Rather, it’s a mash-up of two Nashville staples: a fried chicken sandwich collaboration between Austin Ray’s neighborhood burger joint and Kahlil Arnold of meat-and-three mainstay Arnold’s Country Kitchen
The Arnold’s Fried Chicken sandwich is a crispy, fried chicken breast coated in Arnold’s proprietary seasoned breading, topped with red cabbage jalapeño slaw, barbecue mayo, and pickles — all atop an M.L.Rose signature sweet potato bun. Served with waffle fries, the sandwich is $11.29, and available throughout December at all three M.L.Rose locations.
Of all of the devastation the one-two hits of tornado and pandemic have wreaked on the Nashville restaurant scene, a few positive things have emerged: one of those being a few epic collaborations between notable Nashville chefs and restaurants.
