Assembly Food Hall, the highly anticipated enormous food hall coming to downtown Nashville later this year, announces a next wave of local restaurants setting up shop inside. Joining the roster are Music Row essential Thai Esane, bao bun and soup dumpling purveyor Steam Boys, rotisserie options from Clarksville-based Smokin Chikin, and self-explanatory The Liege Waffle Co.

Construction continues on the 100,000-square-foot multi-level food hall that will anchor the Fifth + Broadway mixed-use development, which has already announced familiar Nashville names like Prince’s Hot Chicken, The Pharmacy Burger, Edley’s Bar-B-Que, Hattie Jane’s Creamery, Desano Pizzaria and NoBaked Cookie Dough.

Set to open in late 2020, Assembly Food Hall will be a European-style dining and entertaining experience at Fifth + Broadway. It will feature more than 20 local and regional food vendors, a full-service restaurant, and an expansive rooftop music and event venue. Additional restaurants will be announced leading up to the food hall’s opening later this year.
