Metro’s Chief Medical Director Dr. Michael Caldwell finally made the call on Friday, March 20, to halt dine-in service at all Davidson County restaurants, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Take-out orders, curbside pick-up, drive-thru, and delivery are still permitted. The announcement was made after the number of cases in Davidson County grows to 110, and it also included the closure of gyms.
The long list of restaurants that have added new takeout/delivery options due to the widening pandemic will of course continue to grow, and Eater will continue to try to track the additions here.
Please note that many of the restaurants are making changes daily, so the best way to check on a favorite restaurant is to check their social media or call directly.
